Snapchat publishes a single version of each Spotlight, so there is one file and no quality list to choose from.
Spotlight photos are refused
A Spotlight can be a photo. Those are detected and reported as "this is a photo, not a video" rather than producing a broken file.

- The poster deleted it, or made it private. Either way there is no longer a public file to fetch.
